This is a quick look into the background for the Supreme Saga series. Supreme Saga: Entirety - part 1 In a time long past, there was a world broken and torn. It lay within the vast emptyness of space, but was not empty in itself. This world held a people of great power and great responsibility, a people of creation and rebirth; these people were the Endorasu. The Endorasu lived on a planet with no atmosphere, because they were a people who needed not one. Each held a power of immense proportions, through which they lived by creating life and creatures of their own likeness that they spread across dead or dying worlds, upon whos death were returned to the creator. Thus they lived by recycling their energy in this manner. But on the other side of their broken planet lay a desolate hold, a fortress to hold those of death and decay. On the dark side of this world were the Devourers. Unlike their creative cousins, these beings lived to feed, each upon a different sort of energy, each to his own liking, and each in his own manner. It began slowly, appearing one by one, born to kill, until a crisis was realized and they that devoured were emprisoned in that fortess until they themselves died. But it would not last forever. A man who went by the name of Deimos, an Endorasu of fear, whos domains and worlds were filled with naught but terror and nightmares, came by hapstance apon a boy in his youth who devoured unlike any other, but could not devour him, though the reason as to why not was never discovered. Shortly after they had met, the eater was found and captured after giving much trouble and causing many deaths. And this man named Deimos, in his youth, proclaimed the unfairness in the matter, though none would listen, so he vowed to undo the wrong bestowed upon those who ate, who drank the worlds of their life to live. Thus, nearly 4000 years ago, this man of fear freed the Devourers and the world of the Endorasu died, those who could fled far and wide, through time and space to distant worlds to be yet discovered. Among those who fled were 4 acquaintances, for when one flees they tend to take hold to those who happen to be close at the time. They fled together and came upon a small procreant planet of which they decided to claim. These 4 were the great and most influencial creator of their time, Lianandra of Eternal, the warlord and energy wielder, Algemeth of Destruction, his sister the soul maker and progressor of plains, Selena of Spirit, and finally a Endorasu who could not create, whos domains were empty and void, Oblidarius of Nothingness. And so they settled, vastly spreading their creations across this world upon which they had come. Lianandra, being the most magnificent creator that she was, conceived most abundantly, allowing the other two to add touches to some as well as create their own, though not with much love in her words. But as for Oblidarius, viewed as a failure by she was he, since launching life was not in his list of commands. Though after a time Selena began having fair feelings towards the maker of nothing, as he did for her, and as such she offered to assist him in the molding of naught. So nothing became something, and it was deemed Dervanni with the looks of its lord about it. When the greater creator found out about the deed, her anger peaked, and heirecy was claimed upon the act. Algemeth sided with his sister's love, and being the weilder of war that he was, declaired it against her, and it included the whole of the world and all their inceptions. But the new creator was outnumbered even with the support he received from his and their opus of sentience, for Lianandra had raised to her level the opressed and the lonely, giving them lay to the leads of nature. In the end, mother of many was proclaimed the victor as she imprisoned her companions and cursed their accomplices, which also included some of her own who did not agree with her. The Dervanni were proclaimed evil and after a time the truth of the matter was lost and rewritten to amplify the appearance of the now pure and righteous goddess. Thus time went on, with Lianandra ruling this new world, and naught to test her, she estabolished her throne and was slowly forgotten as all gods are. TBC...
